I want to calculate planet positions according Specific Date, Time and place (Latitude & Longitude).

Further clarification:

I will input Date, Time and Place (with latitude and longitude) and want to out put all Nine planets' position in which rashi (zodiacal signs) each exist.

Ex: Sun-Aries, Moon-Virgo, Jupiter-Pisces etc..

I use this site for that purpose. You can change the date and other settings in the top right menu. I know it is not exactly a way to calculate it, but I hope it helps.
