I had my first attempt at shooting the Orion Nebula and am pleased that I saw it for the first time. Very exciting. I shot 10 frames and then stacked them using DeepSkyStacker which brought out all the detail but seemed to lose all the colour from the image. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

I am thinking of combining a single raw frame in PhotoShop as a colour overlay with the TIF output from DeepSkyStacker. Is that recommended?
